Tantra Yoga Teacher Training
Tantra Yoga Teacher Training- 200 Hour Beginner Level
200 hours residential tantra yoga teacher training is for those aspirants, who are beginner level practitioner. The course conducts in four weeks of time. The syllabus includes classical Hatha & tantra yoga asana, tantra meditation, tantra philosophy , yogic anatomy along with dynamics of pranayama, yoga nidra, and shatkarma.
Tantra Yoga Teacher Training- 300 Hour Advance Level
300 hours residential tantra yoga teacher training is an advance level training. The total duration of the course is six weeks. The course includes the syllabus of 200 hours tantra yoga teacher training along with advance level of various layers of meditation, pranayama, Kundalini yoga, and chakras.
